The elevators of stainless steel are attached to a steel ball - and comes i a length of 12 mm and widths of 2, 3 and 4 mm. The working end is sharpened to allow smooth elevation of the periosteum or the Schneiderian membrane. the elevators can also be used to create pockets for soft tissue grafts.
